Reasonably priced. Very friendly, prompt, thorough and professional. I highly recommend J Paul and sons for your ‘wildlife’ needs!"

We’ve learned a lot about our Northeast customer base over the past 9 decades like what they expect from the effectiveness of our services to what they need from our Customer Service Representatives and Service Professionals in the field.

"Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."

It’s an age-old and terrifying question: Can rats come through the toilet? The answer, unfortunately, is yes; however, it’s extremely rare. In the very unlikely case that this happens, it’s usually the result of rats from the sewer making their way into home plumbing pipes and up into the toilet.

In certain cases, yes, the bees may go away on their own, but it’s a risk. Some bee types, such as bumblebees, create seasonal nests and then die out as their new queens seek homes elsewhere. But in most cases, you can’t count on the bees leaving naturally. It’s also not a great idea to leave openings in your walls any longer than you have to, which can attract other pests or cause moisture damage.

When a wasp stings, it pushes its stinger into the skin and releases venom. The sting site will typically become inflamed and swollen and likely hurt quite a bit.
