Accurate Appliance Repair is family owned and operated servicing all major appliances in the Lakes Region, Concord and surrounding area.We charge much less then the large appliance repair companies, but offer the same kind of warranty on all work. Most appliance repairs can be done the same day you call. We stock most common parts and all replacement parts are brand new and covered by the manufacturers’ warranty. Appointments can be made around your schedule.

He replaced one part and the lower oven now works and he is ordering a second part that, hopefully will complete the repair.

Refreshing to find a knowledgeable, professional, capable technician who told me that the ice maker issue on my refrigerator was a manufacturing design issue and that I should contact Samsung about it as there are many claims for this issue and class action cases for this. Andrew's honesty saved me several hundred dollars for an issue that was corrected and paid for by Samsung. Andrew finished the repairs on the dryer and it was finally working after waiting 6 weeks plus for the other service provided by A&E Service to return to complete the remaining dryer repairs. Even when they came out to diagnosis the refrigerator, the technician claimed he was not allowed to complete the repair on the dryer. Discovered that this was a false statement. Have given out Andrews name and some business cards as great technicians are extremely scarce in this location. Andrew responded to call within an hour and came out within a day. Great quality and service!

Andrew responded to my phone call promptly. When he arrived at my house immediately determined the issue and ordered the necessary part to fix my refrigerator. He quoted me a price for the part and labor. When the part came in, he fixed the issue. His final price was less than his quote. I can now use the water dispenser from my refrigerator and my wife and I are very happy. Andrew is an HONEST, INTELLIGENT, VERY COMPETENT repairman. I would call on him again.

He took one look in refrigerator and notice ice in both ducts theu which cold air from freezer is directed. Instruct eff d me to unplug refrigerator and allow ice to melt. Did not request payment and refused to take any money I offered . He was outstanding!

Gentleman is profession while still being friendly and outgoing. He was punctual, check out my dryer, and ordered parts. Dryer was repaired in just two (2) days. Would definitely hire again and recommend him.

Let me start by stating that I don't give 5 stars or Excellent ratings for anything....I always feel that there should be room for improvement. So don't be discouraged or put out by my B rating above. Most normal people would give him an A for a review. Andrew was fantastic to work with. He showed up on time, was very easy to communicate with prior to the engagement as well as throughout the work. He explained everything perfectly to me so that I understood what was wrong (we hired him to work/repair our Samsung electronic dryer). He was very clear in his explanation of what needed to be done. Options and the service estimate was provided with clarity. He even provided additional screws that the previous repair person never replaced. I will be keeping his information handy for any future repairs, that's for sure.

Andrew came to my home the day after I called. He assessed the problem and made his recommendation with his estimated cost. He returned one week later to install the broken part. He was right...the washer worked. I paid 1/2 up front and the remainder when the job was done.....no surprises. Andrew was totally professional. I would use him again.
