"I had an infestation of cicada killer wasps. It's taken several attempts by Expert Pest Control and Tony the exterminator who's doing his best to rid my yard of these scary looking wasps. "We bought our house in 2014 and brought in the Chimney Chap to do a routine cleaning in 2015, having never used our fireplace before. We knew that it was questionable and wanted to have it looked at before using it. As it turned out, the previous owners had painted the chimney to hide loose bricks and it was definitely not safe for use. Within a couple of days, we had a full estimate of the work that would need to be done - demolishing the chimney to the roof line and rebuilding. The earliest they could fit us in was the spring since we had our chimney cleaned in the late fall. We scheduled them for three days in June. The office was very easy to work with and our chimney looks great, they even built it up a bit higher than code. I feel confident that we can use the fireplace this year without worrying about hazards. I would recommend their work. They are professional and approachable."
