Ture was very professional and helpful. We were in contact many times as weather was a factor for when he had to spray outside. Because the weather wasn't cooperating, he came and did the inside of the house one day and then came back to do the outside of the house another day. I would definitely recommend him and plan on using him next year as well.

WE found hundreds of black ants inside our summer cottage on Friday, 7/12. Called 3 Pest Control companies recommended on Angie's List. Nordstrom could come out the quickest, scheduled the visit for Monday, 7/15. Ture was professional and personable and did a thorough and clean job.

We recently noticed carpenter ants in our log vacation home. I found Nordstrom Pest Control on Angie's List and called. I got Ture's voice mail. He he called me back within an hour or so. I explained the problem and we set up a date for him to look at and treat the property. He noted during the phone call that it was a good idea for no people or pets to be inside during the appointment. At the appointed time, Ture listened again to my description of the problem and then he walked around with me inside and outside the cabin. He seemed very knowledgeable about insects and their behavior, and he showed me two possible entry locations, plus ant activity on the deck. After the inspection, he told me his price for the treatment, I agreed, and he got to work. It seemed to me he was very thorough. When he finished, he explained that the treatment was slow acting and that we could expect to see some ant activity for about a month. He also recommended we treat the property each spring, and after this initial treatment the price would drop $50 for the annual follow up.
The entire process went without a hitch. I will definitely call Ture back next spring.

Excellent as it does every year. Prior to using Nordstrom I used other providers. When the price went up sharply I tried to find someone who didn't require a contract and found this company and they are excellent. He calls me every August to remind me to have it done. I tried skipping one year but cluster flies are a serious problem in the Northeast and a yearly treatment is required so I am happy to find a company that does a great job at a competitive price with no contract needed.
