"Where do I start. I sent an email to Patrick from his website. He got right back to me and answered my questions. We set up a meeting to come see the trees I needed taken care of. He walked my wife and I through the process pointing out things we did not see. He gave us a quote, told us how many people would be needed and for the job and what was included. We gave him a date when we would like to have the work done and he confirmed it. He emailed us with a confirmation one week before and then showed up on the day he said and the time he said. They did EXACTLY what they promised and in the timeframe he said. They took away all the branches and trunks that were removed. My wife and I can NOT be any happier with the service and price.
