So for people who know me and those who don't .. my name is Josh Welch and live in Loudon NH. I aspire to provide honest and great technical and customer service to any and all pellet, gas, and wood stove owners out there. With 15 years experience I have worked on and installed Harman, Jotul, Hearthstone, and Travis industries stoves which include lopi, avalon, and fpx. I also have a great understanding of many others as well. Additionally I have great knowledge on Watkins Hot tubs which include Hotsprings, Hotspot, Limelight, and Tiger River. I Have also worked on Nordic Tubs. For those who do know me please share so the people in need not only get the best service and help they deserve but get the best service required! "He started great, but went down hill. 5 months to install a new heating system after being told it was 5-6 weeks.I was told he had no idea when he could finish because he started a 92 unit condominium project. On another project they installed an HVAC system with no control board. Lied to continuously about dates. We paid in advance for the work and found out afterward that he fired half the staff (I now know why.) Rather than be upfront about the issues he was facing we told lies. Very frustrating and found Devin to talk like an excon. Say one thing and do another with a very straight face."

"American Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R."
