Our old GE electric wall oven hadn't been working properly for quite some time - temperature fluctuations, etc. It became obvious that the bottom element was not working properly. We called and described the problem. They ordered the part, and scheduled an appointment to replace it. The oven has been working fine since.

Great! After being stood up by SEARS appliance repair, I called Tenney and they were nearby on the road going to another job. They took the time to swing by and fixed the fridge in a somewhat unorthodox way that needs to be lauded. I believe any other repair place would have just told me to get a new unit.
As for SEARS, the SOBs never showed up and when I called them they offered to come in TWO WEEKS. This after initially waiting 2 weeks for them not to show up.

I called l/m around 9:15 AM, rec'd return call within 15 minutes. Repairman asked details of problem, model # of machine, and showed up within 3 hours of initial contact, with the right part. I was doing laundry by 12:30! We are in a rural area of NH, response time of two weeks is more normal. What a pleasant experience! I hope my appliances don't break down, but I know where to call for help if they do. The owner of the business is out of state right now, but Zack is taking great care of his customers.
