"Jordan came to my parents home, assessed the situation… squirrels outside (thankfully) but patched gable to prevents bats… trapped snd relocated 4 squirrels over 4 days; then closed up with heavy duty wire mesh and black tar like patch stuff; 2 year guarantee! When he did return he did a sloppy job and used non matching cement which makes my chimney look like it was done by an inexperienced slob. In addition after inspecting it more closely in November I realized he missed a lot of areas. I patched the rest myself and did a far superior job (and I have never done this work in my life!) The cap looks good and the crown is done but the re-pointing was a real disappointment"
