The two technicians who performed the work were very professional and worked hard to overcome some unforeseen installation difficulties. Meanwhile, some other companies I contacted were unresponsive and less interested in performing a small installation project. "The owner told me he would point areas of the chimney and did not until I called back and had him return. When he did return he did a sloppy job and used non matching cement which makes my chimney look like it was done by an inexperienced slob. In addition after inspecting it more closely in November I realized he missed a lot of areas. I patched the rest myself and did a far superior job (and I have never done this work in my life!) The cap looks good and the crown is done but the re-pointing was a real disappointment"

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. I will report how it all goes when I come back to Angie's List to submit my review how it all goes but based on how Dan Twiss works, I expect to be submitting a happy ending with the squirrels safely relocated. In a nutshell Mr Twiss had to be the sheriff and serve eviction notice to the squirrels that took up residence in my attic. Stay tuned."
