"This man did a good job of cleaning the chimney. He was very clean and neat in his work. His conduct was very professional. We were satisfied with the cleaning and impressed with him when he was here. We asked him to give us an estimate on some additional work we wanted done, replace some flashing and put on a chimney cap. He never came back to do that for us."

"The owner told me he would point areas of the chimney and did not until I called back and had him return. When he did return he did a sloppy job and used non matching cement which makes my chimney look like it was done by an inexperienced slob. In addition after inspecting it more closely in November I realized he missed a lot of areas. I patched the rest myself and did a far superior job (and I have never done this work in my life!) The cap looks good and the crown is done but the re-pointing was a real disappointment"
