"My experience with Aaron's chimney service was excellent all around. I contacted them in Nov./Dec. - their busiest season, and I still got a call back within 24-48hrs, and they came out within a week to inspect our chimney flues. The price for inspection is $99, which they said would be waived if any of the flues needed cleaning. Only one flue needed cleaning, so I was charged $150 total for all three flue inspections and one flue cleaning. They were very upfront about price, and followed through with what they said. There were no changes or additional fees. The two men that came out were very professional, they were very careful with all our things and they were careful to cover up the carpeting around the fireplace before cleaning. They recommended some work that we need done, and they gave us all the options (the more affordable, 7-10 year solutions, and the more expensive, lifetime guarantee solutions) and followed up within a week with a detailed report of all work done and all issues that might need fixing in the future (some more urgent than others).
