We booked an appointment for Saturday at 8 AM and he showed up perfectly on time. He explained in plain English what he would do and why. I checked in once while he was working and he took time to show me the video he was taking of the inside of my furnace. The job took about 1 1/2 hours. Upon completion he showed us a very detailed inspection report and gave us a private portal link to view your photos and report online. His price is very competitive as well. We had only a routine check up done but because my great experience I will recommend Eric at Legacy for any HVAC needs you have. Legacy will now be your go to for heating and cooling of our home."
