David Bland did an excellent job inspecting and doing maintenance cleaning on our furnace. I watched as he explained and showed me what he was doing as the work progressed. He answered technical questions and provided his knowledge and experience in his explanations which was very educational and enlightening. His honesty, character, and integrity showed. This man charged me $650 to juice up my air conditioner. He told me it had a leak, but could make it work for the next year, and I could look into getting it replaced next year. After spending all that money out still didn't work. I asked for $200 back, and he said he can't, even though it's his business.

The tech sent by our home warrantee said our AC was shot and needed to be replaced uncovered for at least 4k. The tech from Quick Fix ACTUALLY trouble shot the issue and found a bad fuse. They literally saved us thousands by having knowledgeable techs.

We had worked with several other professionals and no one else took the time that he did to really break down the root cause of the issues with our furnace and explain exactly what repairs he was doing. Not only was he friendly, but he did an excellent repair job, and gave us detailed explanations of everything he was doing from start to finish. He was very honest and easy to talk to. He came the morning after I called. He went through my system and corrected my problem which was a fuse and only charged me $50. He didn't try to upsell me at all. I have his number saved I will be using him in the future. It's good to have someone I trust that I can call.
