I had JTP plumbing come out to clear my sewer drain on Thursday and on Friday I was still having issues. They came out immediately and took care of of it by running the camera and re-snaking the drain. I would highly recommend JTP plumbing again to everyone. These guys are the best.

JTM was able to schedule us in quickly and fixed the problem.

Greg arrived at 12:30 PM as scheduled and was done at 2:15 PM. He cleaned everything up. I was very pleased. The city plumbing inspector passed the work and gave me the inspection approval certificate. Greg explained that the current 30 year old valve had calcium build up that was restricting the water flow to the house as well as leaking water. Consequently, my water pressure in the house was low. Also, whoever originally installed my PRV installed it in wrong location after the water meter instead of before the water meter. The line to the lawn sprinkler system was incorrectly piped directly from the street water line consequently the water pressure to the sprinklers was too high. After the work was done the lawn sprinklers work great and my water pressure is quite significantly greater taking a show as well as when I use my outside hose. I am very pleased!

Very prompt with all appointments. After assessing our problems, wrote up an estimate with various options so that we could decide the best solution. We had a leaky hose on our washer, plus corroded shut off handles for the washing machine, water heater, and water supply to our refrigerator. We also needed to replace our water softener that had not been working for a long time. They repaired/replaced all of the handles and hoses for the washer, as well as install a new water softener. We loved that they listened to our needs and presented a variety of options so we could choose the best option for our needs. The costs for all work done was more than reasonable, they were polite, professional, and always on time for our appointments. Very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend to our friends.

A great experience. The first plumber to come out to fix sink & shower was polite, knowledge and overall a pleasure to work with. The owner came to give an estimate on the work for the outside faucet and sprinkler line and he was engaging, polite and I truly was quite pleased with the overall way he runs his business. Will definitely call again when services are needed and would recommend to others as well. Thank You!!

We decided to get our leaking water heater replaced and thought the price was right with JTM Plumbing. My wife called in the middle of the week and they said they would be out Friday Morning at 8 am.  The person who delivered the water heater was very nice, and was there 30 minutes before the plumber.  JTM showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled time and went right to work. He was very nice and was good to our yappy dogs. The install was fast and clean.  Price included the water heater, install and disposal of the old water heater.  I will definitely be using them in any future plumbing needs.

Very professional, prompt in responding and scheduling appointment. Adjusted softner, but was unable to help with filter on frig due to previous owner's modification. Very courteous. Did not charge us for the assessment or quote, but still got the softner working. Would definitely call again and recommend to friends. Thank you.

I requested bids from 5 other companies. JTM's quote was $100 to $175 less and included an 8 year warranty as opposed to a 6 year warranty offered by the others. However, I honestly think I would have selected JTM even if they hadn't been the most cost effective option because, as one of the other reviewers put it, I just got a "good and honest" feeling when I spoke to Traci. My old hot water heater was on it's last legs, and JTM was booked several weeks out, but they said they would help me out if anything drastic happened before the scheduled installation date.
The guys were on time, in fact they were early. They were professional, courteous and prepared, i.e., they had all of the tools, parts, etc needed to do the job. They quickly installed the new hot water heater and cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them to others.

Took Bids from Several Companies. Got a Good and Honest feeling from Jon, who provided several options for the Gas line, as this exercise has many variables to consider. Apparently the Original Gas Line, was well undersized 5 years ago, which each of the Companies indicated. Jon also secured me a current water heater, which even came with an 8 year warranty, which was 2 years more than others. Prices were also slightly better than other bids for both projects.
But what really impressed me, is that after the pool company came out and installed the pool heater on a Friday, I needed JTM to come back out and hook up the gas line. He asked if Monday was reasonable, and it should have been, but i was hosting a pool party on Sunday. And een though i already paid him, he still came out early saturday, like 7 Am and "fit me in". That meant alot. All of his staff were friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. Certainly will use again, and will refer as well.

The plumbers arrived on time....were polite, courteous and professional.  Did the job as specified in a timely manner at a very reasonable price.  Cleaned up afterwards.  May I restate.....high quality work at very very reasonable rate.

We had a new water heater installed. When I couldn't make up my mind on the brand of water heater I wanted they went the
extra mile to provide me with the necessary information to make a decision and didn't push any one brand. They gave me the facts I asked for and allowed me to make the decision and were very patient with me.
They were punctual, returned calls in a timely manner and were very professional.
We called several other plumbers in the area and JTM had the best price and they were the most courteous and best to deal with.
They did a great job on the installation. They were punctual and very courteous and arrived on the day and time they said they would. It?s refreshing to feel like a valued customer which is how they made me feel.
We will be keeping their information and using them for other plumbing services in the future. These guys are great!!

They were excellent.  Jon was great.  Their charge was very reasonable but we don’t remember exactly how much it was.  It was a good price.  They were very proactive about fixing the problem that we had.  In the kitchen we had a spare hose and there was a minor hole in that. We didn’t realize it and they fixed it for free.  So that was nice.  My fiancee bought something to fix something with. They just went ahead and fixed it without charging us for their own products.  Their clean up was great.  They took off their boots when they came in the house.  They were very conscious of keeping the house clean.  They basically dealt with our pressure issue because we had so much water pressure coming into the house.  So it was basically plumbing service that they did.

I have had this company before and would not hesitate to call again.  With this service, I needed my kitchen drain cleared as it ran very slow.  The plumber and his apprentence that came were on time, worked very, very hard without a break, were very professional and left my place clean.  But what I want to say is I have never seen a plumber work so hard to get a drain clear.  He had a really hard time cabling my line as I live in an older home with old pipes.  I have no idea how many times he tried and finally went into my crawlspace to check things out, figured out the problem and was able to clear my drain. They were here a long time but I feel they gave me a very fair price for what they did. I would highly recommend this company as I feel it was a job well done!  Thank you so much!!

We received an estimate a week before we ordered the new range so that we would know the true cost. We were very impressed with Jon when he arrived for his estimate. He was prompt and he took off his shoes (during the winter that is so thoughtful!)
On the day of installation, there was a slight mix up and we were not on the schedule. We called an hour after the appointment was supposed to have started and they rectified the situation immediately. Jon was there in half an hour. I understand mistakes happen, and I was so pleased with their responsiveness.
They were quick and courteous. They also disconnected our old water heater (we had had a new hybrid installed) for no charge when they say it was no longer in use. The bill was pretty much exactly what was quoted and we now have a working gas range.
I would use JTM Plumbing in the future anytime.
