It went great! Anyone I deal with from Rybin knows what they are doing and Steve was no exception. He did a thorough check and let me know exactly what he found and what the repair needed to be. Luckily it was a minor repair and it was fixed in short order as he had everything he needed on his truck.
I use Rybin for all my plumbing and A/C and heating needs. I purchased my home almost two years ago, it had been owned by one couple for 40 years, and have had multiple plumbing issues. I don't think the plumbing was well maintained by previous owners. Rybin has handled everything for me and they know me by name when I call there! I frequently recommend them to anyone who mentions they need help and will continue to do so.
They are an old South Omaha family owned business and they are honest and fair!

Very responsive, listened intently on what needed to be done, very knowlegeable, cleaned out unit completely burners, motor, stacks, also serviced water heater while here as well. We were satisfied with the overall results, very few companies work on this type of unit and they handled it quite nicely. Will look to use them again in the future.

We had been dealing with Rybin for a few years. After they come out, the boiler would work a few days and some times a week or so and then we would be without heat again. We were told that we needed alot of work done to the boiler..... after several times trying to handle thing on our own; beening on a fixed income. we got help. the company that paid to have the job done, put the job up for bid..... Rybin won the bid and here we go again. The company checked up on their work and found alot of things that was written down as being fixed or replaced were not. This work they had do was do in the summer time; so needless to say come winter we were faced with the same old situation. I called Rybin to ask a few questions. after about a week, the person I needed to talk to answered the phone. I dont think he was very happy to have heard from me. He was alittle short of being rude. I'm praying that we never have to use their servises again.
The person that worked on our boiler was nice enough, but lets face it, when its as cold inside as it is outside... Smoke blowing isn't whats needed; Heat is.

System has worked properly ever since. Rybin again did a terrific job. Additionally their bills are very complete, spell out the problem, solution, and all the work that was done. Very, very good company. Have never had a problem with them.

Haven't had any subsequent problems with that area. Obviously another professional job done by Rybin. They responded the same day and effected an immediate fix. Good company.

Rybin got right on the job. They found a faulty thermocouple and replaced it. Also cleaned both the burner and the pilot light assembly. Everything has worked fine ever since.

I didn't like them. I found out that the price was tripled compared to some other companies. I called the manager and he did send me the money back because I had quotes from another company.

This was a very good/responsive/prompt service provider that we will call back for plumbing problems at our home.

Joe Rybin gave me the estimate over the phone ahead of time. He was on time, went straight to work and cleaned everything up. Even though he eventually had to cut a hole in part of the ceiling, he tried to avoid it. They were not cheap (they charge $124 for the first hour - minimum one hour and $104 for the second hour billable labor in 1/4 hour segments., but the job was done right and they were able to schedule me in quickly and I could get back to cleaning up the basement.

The repairman that Rybin sent out was professional, prompt, clean, and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

They helped us a lot. We were without heat for 5 days. They rushed the whole job of replacing our boiler, which is a lot more work than normal furnace repair. The job took 2.5 days. They installed Peerless boiler, which is a very high quality brand and we have already seen energy savings. We would highly recommend them.

Went with company from personal recommendation (and this site). The company namesake came over and was very personable during the estimate. Sent it to me via email and mail in 2 days. Was cheaper than going with Tritz (the highest recommended company on this site), but I had to get someone to cut/remove/fill the cement floor. When I contacted them to confirm, they had folks over in a day to check site, then worked 3 days to complete the project. No additional frills, but quality work nonetheless. Brought in someone to clear out sewage pipe that had slight backup (unknown before) and had city inspector in on day three. Very prompt and reasonable price for such expensive work.

Rybin Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job. They really knew what they were doing. We were very impressed with them. I've even referred them to family. I called them for any plumbing problem that I had. Their labor rates were about $92 an hour. They were not cheap, but you get what you paid for.
