They were very personable. They seem to go above and beyond to make the customer satisfied. They checked and changed my brakes for no charge. I give them full marks across the board. I will use them again in the future.

We got a better price from Jensen than other places around. We have been brining our cars to Jensen for the past several years and we have always been happy with the service, the price and the honesty. When trying to find a mechanic--these components are KEY. We are very happy to have a trustworthy place to bring our cars when they need service!

I like them very much. They are always very honest with us. They let us know when something needs to be done and they let us know when it doesn't need to be done. They are real cost conscious. They also will tell us if they don't really think something is worth doing for a vehicle. They also keep an eye on things, so they will let us know on the future. I was having transmission trouble on a van that I had. They said that I might be able to 1000 more miles out of it, and they were just right about it. They are very good about getting us in when we have an emergency. They are great guys.

They were able to get vehicles in when I was considering buying on a timely basis. The list that they gave me with each pre-purchase diagnostic was so thorough I was amazed. The fee to have the diagnostic probably saved me over $1,000 in repairs for vehicles I am glad I ended up not buying.

I went in for an oil change and was told my tires were too bald to safely drive on them. I had only had these tires for about 3 years and put less than 30,000 miles on them. I was skeptical but trusted their expertise, only to realize later that every time I go to Jensen they try to up-sell me on something. This time I gave in, but haven't been back since. My husband had a similar experience when he went in for an oil change and they wanted to use a dye to check for leaks in the a/c even though he hadn't noticed or mentioned a problem with the a/c unit, and there was no problem. They said it was a 'just in case' procedure that would cost an additional $50.

I took it in thinking I needed an alignment and an over-all inspection. They recommended I do some "preventive" maintenance and wait on the alignment until I was ready to buy new tires then have it all done at once. I appreciate them not trying to do something twice that could wait to be done once.

We are very happy with them. I have been using them for 15-20 years.
