Great, do not need to immediately replace the unit as it is working ok in spite of being 20+ years old. Required some minimal cleanup but working ok. When the time comes I will definitely use Chris/Air Care Heating and Cooling. Very professional, called 10 min prior to arrival and explained things to my understanding.

They were professional, answered all questions & made suggestions where needed. They left the area very clean as well, which, to me is a sign of taking pride in your work. Many other contractors leave a mess to clean up.
