"It was the middle of February when we had the itch to do a project. It was a big project, requiring skilled hands. Like we were taught, we received 3 bids for the project and accepted the bid from the guy who said he would do the most work for the least amount of money. All three bids were relatively close in nature and all three men were kind, but at the end of the day we did not choose Level Up Construction. We would later regret that decision. After three months and a poor product from the other contractor, we hung our head and contacted Level Up construction. We got a new bid right away with the assurance that no job was too big. We apologized for not going with the company that had raving reviews, and we were deeply thankful that Level Up construction agreed to take the job and do the best they could considering the poor workmanship of the previous contractor. Also, they completed the work for a very reasonable and humble price considering that they could have really jacked the price, as they knew of our desperation at this point. Professional, quick, on time, responsive to texts, and they left the property way better than they found it. Overall, Level Up Construction took a bad situation and helped to make it manageable. We still have the sting from not going with them originally. We will not make that mistake again. We have multiple projects in the future, and we will be using Level Up Construction for all of them. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
