It was the middle of February when we had the itch to do a project. It was a big project, requiring skilled hands. Like we were taught, we received 3 bids for the project and accepted the bid from the guy who said he would do the most work for the least amount of money. All three bids were relatively close in nature and all three men were kind, but at the end of the day we did not choose Level Up Construction. We would later regret that decision. After three months and a poor product from the other contractor, we hung our head and contacted Level Up construction. We got a new bid right away with the assurance that no job was too big. We apologized for not going with the company that had raving reviews, and we were deeply thankful that Level Up construction agreed to take the job and do the best they could considering the poor workmanship of the previous contractor. Also, they completed the work for a very reasonable and humble price considering that they could have really jacked the price, as they knew of our desperation at this point. Professional, quick, on time, responsive to texts, and they left the property way better than they found it. Overall, Level Up Construction took a bad situation and helped to make it manageable. We still have the sting from not going with them originally. We will not make that mistake again. We have multiple projects in the future, and we will be using Level Up Construction for all of them. Thank you to the great work of the team.

It’s hard to find contractors today that still believe in excellent customer service all the way from the upfront sales process to the last hour of the job done, and after the fact if needed. This company does all that it commits to and more. Every team member is a pleasure to work with from the idea stage of your project through completion. The end result far exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend them for any project!

The Level Up personnel were qualified and highly skilled in the hard scaping we had done. Their plans were just what we wanted and the finished project was perfect. When our friends and neighbors come to see the finished backyard they all gasp and say that is so beautiful!!

Level up Construction and Landscaping were GREAT!!! My back yard has been transformed. They care about their work and want the customer to be happy with everything once the job is done. When a problem/consent came up, they fixed it very quickly. Would recommend Jeremy and his crew to anyone. They recommended extra stuff which made the job even better than expected. Did not try to sell unwanted, unneeded items. It was up to me if I wanted the extra or not. Would us them again in a heartbeat.

Level up did an awesome job, they took time to listen, addressed my concerns with the job. My backyard doesn’t look the same anymore. I will definitely call them again when it’s time for my patio.

We couldn't be happier with our work. It was a very fair price and the work was amazing. Our old retaining wall was rotting and now we have a beautiful stone retaining wall. We will definitely be using them again in the future for any projects.
