Window World of Lincoln

I'm not real happy with the windows. I think we get some cool air at night. There were a couple of issues. It took them a long time to come out here. They're cheaper. They should have given better information about the windows they're installing. They were good on price and that's what we needed.

The cost and their representatives were good. They said that they were going to bring back something for the door that I should have been given to touch up because it's a brown door and they never brought it back. But if I called I'm sure they will, it is just that I'm running kind of crazy and I haven't done it yet. They appeared to do a good job. The cost was a lot cheaper than what the others were. There was one thing they did not fill like they should have on the front door and they came back and fixed it and the guy apologized. In other words they didn't ignore my request or anything like that.

The window world installation team arrived on time spent the whole day doing a Great job. They took time with me to answer all my questions. They were very friendly, and cleaned up all the construction mess they had made. Vacuum the floors, they put down drop cloths to keep my carpet clean. When the job was all done, they took time with me to show me every detail of how the windows open and close, and the patio also. I had priced 4 other window companies before I chose window world. They showed me the windows and the patio I wanted all Double pane argon glass. Their prices were all over 5 to 6 thousand dollars. I went to window world and got 2 bedroom windows, and patio all of Triple pane argon glass . I only paid $ 3,039.68. for every thing . and the installation was included in this price. I am Very Happy to Recommend Window world to anyone looking to buy. My neighbors have come over to see every thing . Now they want what i have, Window world told them they would get the same price they gave me for the same work. Need windows check them out. John

The estimating process was quick and easy, soft sell on the more efficient windows. The work was approximately planned for the end of October, finally got them in the first week in November. The installers were fast friendly and efficient, they sealed off the window area before pulling out the old windows so there were no cold drafts through the house. The new windows look very good and the installers made sure I understood the features of them, especially how they can be cleaned from the inside of the house. I was very pleased and will use them to replace more windows in the future.

We are pleased with the actual windows and the patio door--they seem to make a huge difference in the comfort of our home. There were a few headaches along the way and the install took a lot longer than the original promised 1-2 days--they were here for probably 5-7 days over the course of a month because they were trying to get the problems solved--which they did-- when it was finally completed.

Overall, we are very pleased with our two new windows. Good quality. nice looking. Our only negative experience, was the lead time difference from what the salesman told us it would be to get them installed and when we actually got them.
The window installers were very prompt and professional. They took care to protect our floors and cleaned up everything when they were done.

My husband and I got 4 bids from good window companies and we were most impressed by the price, quality and promised service from Window World. All 13 windows, including a large picture window, were installed in one day and the crew was courteous and mindful of my landscaping. Our front door is solid, secure and attractive and I love my screen door!! The result was beautiful! Our neighbors have complimented us so much on the updates, and this was one of the most notable. I would highly recommend the aluminum and quot;wrapand quot;...it's the finishing touch and I am so pleased that I will never have to scrape and paint trim again!
I have called the company back for four reasons, three of which were promptly addressed. 1) The front door color we chose turned out different than what the sample represented and they forgot to install the peep-hole. I decided these were not a big deal and the color has grown on me since. 2) I did not want wood trim in the shower window. They promptly replaced it with attractive white aluminum and caulk which looks perfect still after 2 years. 3) Then there was a latch that didn't line up--they fixed it immediately. 4) And most recently, a tear in the screen that occurred during the 1st year (under warranty) was replaced free of charge.

took several estimates Window World seem to have the best product for the price. There were better windows available but at more then twice the cost. Placed the order, had to wait several weeks for the windows to arrive, then scheduled an exact install date. Crew was on time, professional, worked quietly, cleaned up after themselves.

They were great. The man that came out and gave an estimate was very nice and friendly. The price was so low I wasn't sure if it was going to be good quality. I went with them and I was very pleased. It took about 2 days to take out all the old windows and replace them. They did leave a little bit of debris around the yard and driveway but overall I was very pleased. The windows look great and I can definitely tell a difference with my heating/cooling bills.
