DERBY'S HEATING & AIR INC

We'd been without AC for a day and a half.  Debbie Derby (office) was able to get someone out today to take a look at why our AC was not working.  With our house for sale and an open house this Sunday, we needed them ASAP. With Derby's packed schedule they were able to come out and take care of us.  Nick came out and found the problem immediately.  It was a bad motor capacitor.   We've been using Derby HVAC since September 2014 and will continue to do so when we find our new home.  I highly recommend them for all heating and cooling needs.

All was done as expected in an efficient & professional manner.  Took the time to explain the work and gave me a few tips to save on my heating bills.

Furnace was not lighting. They came out the same day we called them. He quickly diagnosed that the pilot was clogged and not lighting, even though the gas for the main burner was on. Instead of attempting to sell me new parts, he did a quick clean since there was really nothing wrong. The furnace lit immediately. He checked the rest of the operations to ensure good performance. He was done quickly, was very nice, and the bill was not bad. Thanks, Derby's!

we called them to get a estimate in march 2014.they worked around my late work hours.

Bob came out to give us an estimate he was punctual and polite.

I told him what I wanted 2 new heat vents humidifier and a/c

on the day he came to install at the last minute we changed the place the a/c unit would be placed and needed to add an extra vent and duct work. Bob was great when I told him about the changes he was happy to be accommodating!

I was at work while the work was being done. when I arrived at home I couldn't even tell they had been here! no mess at all!!

and the bill was what the estimate said it would be. NO MORE!

Even through the busy holiday season, Bob and Derby's Heating and Air were checking in and trouble shooting not just one but two furnaces this past winter. He found the source of both problems, and fixed them -- the thoroughness of the service saved us from buying another new furnace! Couldn't be happier with Derby's! Great service, products and people!
