Not good. I called to have sales come to my home and give me a bid on installing a furnace and central air system. My call was never returned. I contacted Northern Plains Heating and Air and they were out the same day.

They have also done minor plumbing replacements over the past 10 years. Very good work with care about cleaning up the mess and not tracking on carpets. I will continue to request their plumbing services and recommend to friends.
I called on a Monday and the plumber came the next afternoon. He was friendly and polite. He worked quickly and quietly, and did not leave a mess. We haven't had any problems with the drain backing up since.
