Missouri River Heating came to my home and provided an estimate for removing an old garage/shop heater and installing a new heater in my garage. They would need to take the old heater down and allow my carpenters to put up a new ceiling and would need to come back and install the new heater after the ceiling was replaced. Because it was January with temperatures around 0 degrees, timing would be important.
On the 22nd I called Missouri River at 8:00 A.M. and informed them that sometime that day they would need to come and take the heater down. They told me no problem and I should call them back when I was ready. I called them at 12:30 P.M. and said they could come anytime. They informed me they would not come out on this day and would come on Monday. I informed them that if they waited until Monday they would have to climb into the attic to remove the bolts as the ceiling would be built up around the heater by Monday. They stated they would not climb into the attic and didn't want to do the job. Needless to say, on a Friday afternoon with a crew of carpenters wanting to work all weekend I was depending on Missouri River Heating to live up to the agreement.
The only good news about this disaster was that one of my carpenters knew the owner of Camp Brothers Heating & AC. Camp Brothers came over and replaced my heater that afternoon and we had heat all weekend.
Next time I will call anyone other than Missour River Heating!

.I called them up for a furnace inspection. I was promptly and professionally scheduled an appointment.
I greeted John and he was very confident in his work. He obviously has a lot of experience, knowledge, and insight when troubleshooting HVAC systems. He came to the conclusion of a faulty Smart Valve. We scheduled a return visit to replace it.
Up until this point I was completely happy with the service performed. Not only was John an old hand at his work, he also answered any questions I had without condescension. I was impressed!
I received a call to reschedule my return appointment due to a shipping error on the part. I happily did. When the rescheduled appointment didn't materialize, I called John directly. He explained that my appointment time was after hours (and therefore billed at an overtime rate). He worked with me to set up a more cost effective appointment. I once more rescheduled.
This appointment didn't happen either. I am not sure if this due to a clerical error; I am sure that this is unprofessional.

I've used these guys on many occasions at work and at home. Top notch service and gets the job done correctly. Davon is the man!
Late on a Friday afternoon, the AC in our dining room wasn't working. Called them up and within an hour Davon was there troubleshooting and getting it up and running. Our guests would have been miserable in the dining room that evening if they hadn't been so prompt.

Had a problem with our furnace. Jeff came over while we were both at work. Fixed no problem. Total bill??? $65.00. I would highly recommend these guys!!!
