A return air grille was not immediately available to cover where the sheetrock was cut to tie into main floor plumbing and we neglected to mention that at the time. Our apologies. I trust the remainder of the plumbing is to your satisfaction as we do our best to meet customer expectations while maintaining adherence to codes."
