"Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

"An employee came out with the subcontractor to do the energy audit. They did a thorough job with the audit. The Fresh Air employee went into my attic and said we needed more insulation. He said he could cure the cold air issues and came back with a quote of $1,200. I escaladed the service through Angie’s List. A few months later they fired the gentleman who I had been working with. After talking with the manager I found out that the representative had grossly increased my price which I thought he had. He tried to double charging me. The owner had someone come out to blow the 500 square feet of insulation. They did the work as it should have been done. They did everything they could to make it right by a bad employee."

What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. "Have used this company for more than 10 years. They originally installed the subterranean termite monitoring system and have performed quarterly monitoring visits ever since. They have kept the termites away and have been faithful in completing the regular visits. Also, we have used them on 2 occasions for spot treatments to control exterior and interior pests. Was successful each time.

Excellent service, scheduling the appointment was easy, I was given an angies discount, a very accurate estimate based on how many systems ,vents and returns my home has.  2 gentlemen came to do the job, very efficient and professional, explained the process to me and were very polite and respectful of my home, they cleaned up after they were done. One technician did a video on his phone of the vents being cleaned In order to show me what he saw while doing the Job. Really Above and beyond service.

Even though my home was new construction , there was a lot of dust and dirt unfortunately.

I will definitely use them again in the next 5 years.

"They did come out and look at our basement, but we didn’t use them to get the work done. We thought that the problem was with the leaf guard gutters which were affecting the landscaping because the water was not going into the gutters. The people who came out from Moisture Loc were very kind. We may contact them again when we have a problem, but we think that we got the problem solved by doing the gutters differently. Our contractor recommended us to call Moisture Loc. They looked around, talked about it and came out about a week later with some options about what we could do. They suggested us to fix the French drain. They quoted about $1500 to $1800. They told us that it would cost us $10000 if they came inside to repair it and cut the concrete to put in a new French drain. So we wanted to wait and see. We are still waiting for somebody to come out and look at it in order to give us a different quote. The person who came out was a very nice guy and he seemed to know what he was talking about. He and our contractor talked more than me. My contractor uses Moisture Loc for waterproofing work when he builds houses. So I feel that they are very good. He was very professional. He was nice in terms of his personality and interaction with us. I called my contractor on one day and he was out here with the guy from Moisture Loc within 2 or 3 days. They told me that they would be here at lunch time and they were here at that time."

"They were wonderful, we have had an issue with this one corner of our basement for 5 years, and we waited a year to do this review for that purpose.  Several people have come to do this repair and nobody was able to solve our problem until Tim and his team.  They finished without any notice that they had dug up our yard, they even sweep off the drive way.  Great team, great owner, wonderful company and our basement is dry a year later.  Given the terrible storms and the amount of rain we have had over the past year, we are so impressed with this company.  I wish they did all home repair projects!!!
