I had some major work done to my home and was quite nervous hoping everything would turn out great. Well, it turned out more than great! The paint job has the interior of my home looking brand new, my deck is beautiful and now one of my favorite places to retreat to at my home & my roof is now 100%!! I hired Seth Kolby, owner of KolbyCraft Builders, LLC, to repair portions of my three-rail split rail fence and install new fencing in other areas along with new gates. Seth is an on site, hands on owner who is easy to work with and is true to his word. Seth, Michael Morin and a dedicated crew completed the fencing project on time and on budget. I am very pleased with the work of KolbyCraft Builders. As a Charlotte native I've hired a number of companies to do repairs on my 40+ year old house and grounds and, so far, none have equaled Kolbycraft Builders for speed of completion and quality of work. "We selected Albert's Painting to help us with the 'refresh' of our home's interior based on previous comments in Angie's List.  And we now join the many who sing the praises of Albert's.  We unequivocally recommend Albert's to all of our friends. 

Upon calling Albert's we received an immediate call back and scheduling.  Albert himself arrived for the estimate meeting promptly and provided an estimate immediately.  The crew was always prompt, worked diligently and cleaned up thoroughly after leaving.  They were exceedingly polite and always thankful for any small gesture, such as coffee or breakfast sandwiches.  It was such a pleasure to treat them - especially since they were so diligent. 
The removal of the wallpaper, a tedious job if you have done it yourself, was thorough.  But the magnificent work was after they repaired the drywall and finished with primer (well worth the money).  The walls looked better than brand new.  We elected to do the painting and trim ourselves.
I hope you get the same crew we did.  We did price a few other contractors.  A few offered a price a little lower.  But based on other reviewers on Angie's List - we decided to pay just a little more and were well rewarded for the additional investment.

"Everything was done in a timely manner, areas were left clean everyday and Miguel Martinez always communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new bathrooms. They took both bathrooms down to the studs, replaced the bathtub and fully tiled the tub area and the wall behind the vanity and installed vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans. In our bathroom, they removed a fiberglass insert shower and rebuilt a fully tiled shower with a bench and two niches. We would highly recommend Miguel Martinez and Smart Flooring and remodeling solutions. P.S. - During our remodeling we found some water damage to our outside wall, Miguel was able to connect us with a crew that could make the repairs we needed. All his crew were great and we really appreciate all their work. THANK YOU!"

"Gidawe Drywall was an incredible team! David and his crew did amazing work, finished ahead of schedule, even with the added work I asked them to do. They are reliable and extremely trustworthy. I was a customer that wasn’t able to be onsite with the team while they worked, I granted them access to my home while I was away and had absolutely no issues. They were very caring of our space, diligent to take care of their area and very thorough with clean up. After they completed the project I asked them to look at another possible project while they were there only because they were so professional and did such quality work. You can tell David and his team take pride in what they do, I highly recommend anyone to hire them for any job you need done!"
