We had repairs needing done under the bathrooms and the bathrooms remodeled. I was unable to find a contrator that could do both. Until I found Canelli Construction. They were able to demo the bathrooms, make the repairs and install all new bathrooms. They did so very efficiently and the quailty of work is great. Gianfranco worked with us on what we wanted in the bathrooms and made sure that all the work was done well. He has a great eye for the details. Communication was great with Jenny always following up and keeping us informed in advance of what to expect. I have more work to do in the near future and have talked to Gianfranco about it!

I had a covered patio built with a provision to hang a daybed swing. Happy with the quality materials and attention paid to making it a strong structure. No corners were cut. Any logistical or weather related delays were promptly communicated and an updated schedule was provided. I built the swing myself without much experience and Mr. Canelli went out of his way to provide me with feedback and ideas even though this wasn’t part of his contract. While the contract included only installing the screw hooks, he also went a step further to help me hang the daybed swing.

We needed to remove an old, exiting glass sunroom and replace it with a deck. Gianfranco stayed in touch throughout the project and the crew, who were great, arrived on time. They started the demolition and construction of the deck the same day. The project was completed earlier then agreed. They worked efficiently and professionally. Jenny stayed in touch with all updates, from the beginning to the very end of the project. The deck came our beautiful! We will definitely use them again.

Gianfranco and his team did an excellent job rebuilding our front porch. They had the expertise and kept at the task. They put in new joists, new tongue-and-groove slats for the floor, and constructed four new railings and four new columns. They painted all of it. They also built us a fine new brick stairs. The work was done on time, too. Gianfranco was a pleasure to work with and explained everything so we could understand it. Jenny from the office was always on top of things with scheduling and billing. The price was very good and fair. I highly recommend Canelli for your next porch or deck project.
