"In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"It could not have been better! A few months ago Daniel washed my house and power washed the sidewalk and driveway. I was so pleased that I asked him do my daughters house as a surprise to her for Christmas. She had been out of town, and when she came back, she was absolutely thrilled at the sight of it. It had not been washed since before she owned it, and she never believed it could look so good. Not just in his business, Daniel is a professional in all aspects of his life. Not only is he a state trooper but he’s assigned to the governors mansion. I can only assume that’s where they send the best of the best. This is a side job for him but it’s also a profession. Daniel has made quite an investment in his business . He had van specially dedicated for carrying all the high-tech equipment that he has, most of which I’m totally unfamiliar with, but I was impressed with it. I never realized how much there is to know about soft washing houses with all various paints and different types of surfaces . Daniel has obviously studied his product and he knows it well. I’m retired and I know that it is hard to find someone with a work ethic like his these days. He shows up on the day agreed-upon, on time and ready to work. My daughters house was a pretty big project but he kept informed of his progress and checked with me before doing anything that was in doubt. My daughter recommended him to several of her neighbors and I have also recommended him to people of my neighborhood. His rates are very reasonable, and I will definitely be using him again in the future."
