"I'm very happy with this fence project. From the beginning everyone was fruendly and professional. The fence is better than I expected! I definitely recommend this company."

"He built a wooden Cow fence, with horse wire on the inside - about 250 feet of fence. This is the second fence he has built for me. He is now building stairs of off my my deck, 20 to 30 feet high, with two landings."

"You will not find better craftsmen than Magnolia Home solutions. They built a 50 foot long by 8ft deep porch to wrap the front of our home. Ken was a great consultant on the design and materials and was extremely flexible, giving us a variety of options and adjusting with our changing desires - even through the estimate/build process. Their end product was beautiful with extreme protein the quality and details. I highly recommend him. Ben Breazeale Black Mountain, NC"

"Jonnie was very nice and did a nice repair on my parent’s black chain link fence that a tree had fallen on. He ended up driving A LOT further to find the parts needed for the repair, but he did not increase his original quote. Thank you, very much! Sorry I didn’t take after photos but it looks fine."

"Retaining wall and fence on a slope. Wow! You and your crew is amazing man. I can’t believe how beautiful the retaining wall is. You got up in there and made magic happen. Professionally done for sure. The fence is exactly what we wanted. Quality work my friend. I’m sure you’re already proud of it, but I need to tell you how great it is too. Thank you so much for your time."

"They did what they said will do, a good job and I will call them again."

"All I can say is WOW. These guys are so professional and capable, to say nothing of being extremely polite and accommodating. I hired Derek and his amazing crew to do a huge pasture fencing job and they came out even in the worst rainy cold weather to get the job done, and they did it with a smile. I absolutely loved having the crew on the land for the duration of the project due to their being so willing to help with anything with no complaint, and now I'm sad to see them go. I offer the most glowing review possible of these wonderful folks."

"Let me start with: HIRE PAPERTOWN. You will be grateful you did so. I can not say enough about Marcus and his incredible work ethic, a rarity these days. I had a different pressurewash group cancel a few minutes before their appointment time. I went back on Angi’s and found Papertown Powerwash. I explained I was having an operation in an hour and wouldn’t be able to walk him through my needs, but texted him a list. He came out and quietly walked my property, then called me later in the day with a quote- the quote is exactly what I’ve paid in the past so that felt reassuring. I called him on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon had my home squeaky clean. He took extra care working on my old house in the woods, making sure it looked it’s best. One of my best friends was here helping me. He has been in construction over 50 years. He was doing a few things on my house too and noted how kind Marcus is, offering to help if he needed his ladder moved and other things. My friend came in and said, “You know, it’s not often people go out of their way to help people. I really liked how Marcus spoke to me, how kind he was.” I’m still recovering from surgery, but went out and spoke to Marcus myself. I completely agree with his assessment. Marcus is forthright, kind, helpful and wow- my home, fence, and decks have never looked better. I told Marcus to please come back in the spring for touch up and again next fall after the leaves drop. I’m so glad that other contractor canceled. Lol. I’m a client for life."

"David's crew did a complete rebuild of a 26x8 ft deck section that had been added in 2013 and suffered rot from the new pressure treating process, as well as a complete conversion to Composite Decking for our upper decks. The project included 1500 Sq ft of upper deck & porch surface in new Trex decking and replacement of all the pickets and posts (including the lower deck) with new PT lumber rails and hogwire instead of the old pickets. Drew, Tyler & Hunter worked seamlessly together, taking time to accomplish every aspect of the project right the first time while getting an impressive amount done each day. The railing system and decking were all done precisely with great workmanship and attention to detail. The guys were also great to work with, friendly and asking all the right questions. The whole project turned out great!"
