It was overwhelming to purchase our first roof during a pandemic while our lives were turned upside down financially, to begin with. It was essential to get a quality roof, a competitive price, and work with a trustworthy and locally owned small business. After multiple estimates, both before and after meeting Drew (the company owner), we knew from our first impression he was the guy to go with! Drew and his team not only did everything that the other companies did with their highest quotes but did it while offering suggestions for saving cost where possible and made our roof look more admirable than any other on the block! Drew put the heart with the hammer into his work and within his daily customer service. Our chimney facing was leaking; we had large holes due to rot on both sides, we needed over 20 boards replaced, we had multiple corners of facia board and soffit rotten and needing replacing. "After having a nagging gutter leak that the original vendor refused to fix, I turned to Ridge Roofing. They were very prompt in replying and scheduling a crew to examine the problem. After rehanging the gutters, I noticed after the next rain that the seam continued to leak. At that point, Dustin Lee, one of the project managers, made it his personal mission to keep working on that seam until it was fixed. I really appreciate the customer service and tenacity that Dustin showed, which required multiple visits to the house. I would definitely use Ridge Roofing again."

"Overall compared to other roofs that were replaced in my subdivision, this one does not compare...the others are better in a few ways, and easily seen. During installation one of the crew dropped a half-full water bottle down the dryer vent and not too long after my dryer would not heat. When I removed the flex tube vent from the wall to disassemble the dryer to find the cause of it not heating, that's when I discovered the water bottle. Replaced a blown-out heater element, and all is well. Fast forward to this past April. The roof started leaking in 2 places on the outside roof over our patio. It is finished with wood planks and is insulated, there are flush lights mounted in it and a fan. Electricity and water don't mix! Insulation got wet and the finished wood planks are now water-stained. Cory came over and couldn't locate the leak. He sprayed a large area with some sealant and sealed around a vent. So far so good. Overall not happy. Don't know if I'd recommend CBR."

A tree hit the corner of my house when Helen hit so miguel the owner came out looked at the damaged and him and his team or i can say his family because its a family business. They really know what they doing they came on time and worked hard my house look like it wasn't even damaged after they finished. Im having him come back to build a roof on the top of deck and other things because they do some many things. I dont know about you guys but if you can find somebody you trust and can do all the work you need stick with them thats why im sticking with Miguel and RUEDA CONSTRUCTION you want be sorry."
