Pro Property Services recently completed their second project for me in the past 14 months.....carpentry/framing and tile work. Both times the service, communication, quality, timeliness, and professionalism of the crew and staff have been outstanding. I recommended them to a neighbor who also was very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of work. In this area it is difficult to get any contractors to return calls or to show up. I rate them 10 stars for being there and being willing and able to help when clients are in need. Fast response and quick and easy to get on their schedules. Prices are reasonable as well. A quality reputable business....a rarity today.

Derek and his crew were absolutely amazing and awesome.The work they performed was so detail oriented and they did a quality job in an amazing time frame. Derek is an awesome leader who is always on time and always listening to what I wanted as a finished deck and the job went so smoothly and I will only have Pro Property Services do any future projects on my home. If you are looking for a dependable contractor then look no further just call and speak to Derek and he will get you on the right track from start to finish

Derek and I chatted before I hired him for the project. After asking for a quote for one type of fence and realizing that it was out of my budget, he helped me to come up with a better option for me, which I like better in the end than my original idea. I wasn't able to be present for the work, but we discussed how I would like my communication and how he would like his payments. He stuck to his communication promise and I am very pleased with the work that he completed for me. I would hire him again.

Everyone was fabulous to work with. Levi helped so much in the beginning and then Izzy was the on site contact. Hope to use them again soon.

The unlicensed contractor that refers to his workers as his Mexicans or some of you know them as Pro Property service, I HIGHLY recommend anybody but this company, their social media appearance made me want to help a small business, unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. From beginning to end we regretted choosing this company, from the unprofessional work, destroyed property, inconveniences, inappropriate texts from the company owners Derek, getting blocked by him, and then hearing from his workers and wife to pay for a balance on our uncompleted contract. I have photos and conversations for BUYERS TO BE AWARE. They wrote off this job because they KNEW everything was terrible and now they are coming back for money, after paying $4,000 for my integrity they now want to send the rest to a collections agency. I have all photos of the work and text conversations.

Derek and Sean were great! Job started a day early and completed one day less than expected. Quality workmanship on the fence. I would recommend Pro Property Services.

The work included deck repair, cleaning and painting. Once the project was underway it was completed in a couple of days. Project manager stayed in touch, workers were efficient and polite. We are well pleased.

They were very professional, did what they told me they were going to do. Showed up every day at the time they said they were going to be here! Thatâ s an exceptional quality for this area! I was extremely pleased with the job they finished.

From the moment I called to inquire about getting a quote for staining our cabin and building a fence, Derek was excellent in communicating, came over quickly and met with us and provided a written quote the same day! We gave him a deadline of a finished job and he exceeded that deadline by two weeks! Very professional work crews and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the work done! I even added a rock landscape project and they did that too with no hesitation! Great experience and would highly recommend Derek to anyone!

This crew was fantastic. Got out 370 foot fence up and done in 3 days. A little expensive but worth it and the fence looks fantastic. Highly recommend.

We hired PPS to do the maintenance cleaning and sealing of our log cabin , and I have never been so impressed with a company and the results. Derek is professional, honest and a true man of his word. Izzy and Roy worked hard and did an amazing job. Iâ m so happy with the results and will definitely be hiring them again for anything we need help with. If you are on the fence about hiring them, let me assure you, they are worth every single penny!

All I can say is WOW. These guys are so professional and capable, to say nothing of being extremely polite and accommodating. I hired Derek and his amazing crew to do a huge pasture fencing job and they came out even in the worst rainy cold weather to get the job done, and they did it with a smile. I absolutely loved having the crew on the land for the duration of the project due to their being so willing to help with anything with no complaint, and now I'm sad to see them go. I offer the most glowing review possible of these wonderful folks.

We have had a lot of bad experiences hiring people for jobs but for once that was not the case! Prince property services contacted us quickly and came out immediately for an estimate. They sent us the estimate promptly and offered follow up to help us decide on what we wanted and could afford. They did the job quickly, professionally and were easy to work with through the entire experience. We will be calling on them again for other jobs we need completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Reasonable price, work done as specified and on time

These folks followed through on everything they said they would. They did a yard clean up at our new house. They also did some carpentry work for me, fence repair and deck staining. We would hire them again and probably will soon.
