David and his team did a beautiful job with my retaining wall. It is not only well-constructed but beautiful to behold. Next summer I need to look at sprucing up my front and back decks. He will be the first person I ask for estimates!

David and his crew did an awesome job!! I will use them again with some future projects. Totally professional and outstanding service! They rebuilt my deck and added some much needed stairs down to the lower floor. They also fixed a window on the upper deck. David listened to what we wanted and even came up with some better ideas that we were able to incorporate into the design of the deck that made it look even better . He is truly a professional who cares about the quality of his work and making people happy.

David's crew did a complete rebuild of a 26x8 ft deck section that had been added in 2013 and suffered rot from the new pressure treating process, as well as a complete conversion to Composite Decking for our upper decks. The project included 1500 Sq ft of upper deck & porch surface in new Trex decking and replacement of all the pickets and posts (including the lower deck) with new PT lumber rails and hogwire instead of the old pickets. Drew, Tyler & Hunter worked seamlessly together, taking time to accomplish every aspect of the project right the first time while getting an impressive amount done each day. The railing system and decking were all done precisely with great workmanship and attention to detail. The guys were also great to work with, friendly and asking all the right questions. The whole project turned out great!

We had David's team build a new 16' X16' deck off our back porch for a Jacuzzi and install a new French door, leading out to the deck. First and of great important to us, David communicated regularly with us both before and after giving us a quote. We agreed on a start date and he and his team showed up on the agreed date and on time. His build team (Drew [foreman], Hunter and Tyler) were exceptional!! They worked carefully and consistently throughout the build. We were very impressed with the care and accuracy they took laying out the footings and making sure everything was strong, level and plumb. They even made sure not to get the deck muddy. One or two who worked on top, never went down into the muddy area under the deck. The designated "muddy" person fed them whatever they needed from below. The deck was "pristine" when they were done. The deck was built in Jan 2022, so we had a couple snow days, but they returned immediately after the roads cleared. The build took about 5 working days. We cannot overstate the professionalism. attention to detail and dependability of David and his crew!!! They have our highest recommendation.

I cannot recommend David Warman Construction strongly enough. They were professional and courteous, David kept in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on and did all that he could to keep the costs as low as possible. Mine was a big job done very well and much faster than I dared to hope.

There are professional and courteous

David certainly knows his stuff. His work was excellent, his team very efficient. However, his concrete truck got stuck in the mud on the day he was supposed to pour, and we wound up waiting a month to get that done, despite many beautiful days. I realize he had other jobs to do, but an occasional phone call or text letting us know what was going on would have been nice. When he did finally show up, he charged us an extra $500 for gravel he said he had to lay on our road to get his concrete trucks up. He did not let us know about this charge in advance. It would have been nice to know.

We hired David Warman to build a retaining wall on our property to help stabilize our river bank. They were very professional and efficient and the job was completed quickly as promised. We are very happy with their work and recommend them highly.
