Air sealing service with materials seals off pipes, wires, junction boxes, fans, etc. Insulate the hatch with R30 batts. Install baffles where needed for proper air flow. Attic trash and debris cleanup includedAll of the work that Craig and his team completed has now resulted in a much cooler house, which is sure to lower energy bills.
