I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "DO NOT use this man or company!!!!! I repeat DO NOT use this company. He left me with a huge mess in my yard to the tune of $900.00 to repair all the ruts and clean up all the rocks he shoveled along the sides of the driveway. Dumped concrete in the storm drain which I am calling city to report. He replaced a concrete block retaining wall that looks like a drunk did it . Threw ALL broken blocks and busted up cement behind the wall and I now have to pay to remove it. Huge ruts in the lawn. I have left several voicemails and texts and since he got his money he does not answer any. The 5 year warranty he claims to give you is worthless because you will never find him. He may be on WSOC channels 9 for an interview. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE"
