Chris and his team did an amazing job remodeling our 20+ year old fiberglass pool. The pool itself and concrete surround were in good shape. But the raised waterfall feature, coping and tile had seen better days. Also the pool light didn’t work for all the time (7+years) we’ve owned this home. Chris carefully listened to our needs and made suggestions accordingly. Our pool now has new concrete coping, new glass tile, a new handrail and a functioning light. We opted to remove the raised waterfall area so the pool cover would more adequately cover it in the winter. Additionally, Chris installed a salt system. It was an absolute pleasure working with Pools of Dreams. We highly recommend them!!

Chris and his team did a fantastic job. They made us feel like we were their only client when we know that they are very busy. They even went above and beyond to show us how to properly maintain our pool. Can not say enough great things about Chris and his Company!

Old pool liner was leaking. Replaced the old liner. Excellent Service and Workmanship. After contacting them, the owner arrived the next morning and evaluated the situation. Verified that the old liner was leaking and gave a suggestion on a vendor for the new liner that would not cost as much as some of the known brands but of the same quality. They removed the old liner and prepped the area for installation of the new liner. When the new liner was ready, they arrived and finished prepping area for the installation. New liner was installed in about 5 hours. Installation was better than the last time I had to have the liner replaced. They sealed the joints in the walls and reinforced the corners where the liner was attached to reduce stress. Replaced all inlet covers and new gaskets. At the same time, I had them replace the sand in my sand filter. Also, they recommended that a pressure check be done to assure there were no leaks in the pipes. They arranged the check for me prior to the installation of the new liner. Overall, these guys were great and very professional. They answered any questions I had about the liner, the installation procedures, and why certain things were being done. They indicated that if the new liner was leaking, they would return, and determine where the leak was and fix it. I would recommend Pools of Dreams to anyone that needed any type of pool work done.

What stood out the most during our experience with Chris and his team from Pools of Dreams was their commitment to a complete turn-key job. The entire process was worry-free from beginning to end with no pressure at any time. From the very beginning to the final touches, they handled everything seamlessly. Chris did a fabulous job restoring our pool & completely rebuilding the backfill & concrete. It looks brand new and we cannot even see the crack in the fiberglass. Friends & family have been amazed by the transformation. For the first time in years, we are not losing water. He is very responsive & honest, along with his hard-working team. Pools of Dreams is true to its name!
