"Beth, the Owner was very understanding and compassionate. As my needs for service had to be put off for a month due to having to wait until raccoons were trapped and removed. I thank the Owner for helping me through this crisis by her encouraging words and not charging for services. "If you require chimney service and inspection, I highly recommend LKN. I've lived in my home for almost 2 years and never used the chimney. This xmas I would like to and hired LKN to give an inspection and possible clean. Anthony and his teammate came out and assessed the chimney and gave me a clean bill of health. Chimney did not need cleaning and inspections passed. Anthony provided a detailed report of the inspection and possible recommendation based on finding. Courteous. Professional. Friendly. Way to go LKN!!"

"They were all very professional and friendly. They took pictures of the vent and I was able to see how bad it had gotten. They also suggested to change my dryer vent hose from the soft tin foil type to a more rigid flexible type and explained why it would be better. I did have them change it but I never felt pressured. I will definitely call them next time I need it cleaned!!!"
