"David is great. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood the variables and impacts during each decision. He installed a bathroom in my basement where there hadn't been one before. The final product looked like it had always been there -- it "belonged" in my house -- and increased to usability of our lower level, allowing us to rent part of it out.
