Their always send us the same person that knows the place, and they always do a good job and very efficient. They do extra work a very reasonable fees. They have been very helpful and they always come on time and never been late.

Normally they have been very good. One time, they were supposed to service my plumbing and they didn't do it well like they normally do. They were replacing little parts in the tank instead of replacing everything as I had asked. I am looking for a new company.

It was an issue with the shower faucet. The plumber removed the faucet cover, enlarged the opening in the wall to gain access to the faucet, and repaired the part causing the noise. He also fixed a leaky kitchen faucet while he was there. I've used Summey Plumbing several times. The staff is always professional and courteous. When they enter your house, the first thing they do is cover their shoes to protect your flooring. The prices are a little steep, but I've found other plumbers to charge just as much and are not as professional.

Tim and Zack arrived on time and immediately took out the old and replaced it with a new hot water heater. They were professional and personable. They made a good team.
They checked for water pressure and leaks and, of course, there were none.
When finished, they cleaned the area, took away the old hw heater.
Tim explained the controls and the warranty.

"Due to the nature of drain line installations and factors outside of our control, it is impossible to guarantee that a drain will not have reoccurring issues, without additional labor and equipment to inspect the inside of the pipe and the fittings. However, as with any service we provide, the immediate return of the same problem is without question - a call back at no charge. We regret the customer did not inform us of the situation, I have spoken to [member's name removed] and issued a refund as compensation. A negative reflection cast on any business is also an opportunity we hope to use to improve our service for Henderson county residents who have employed us for the last 40 years. Used a snake & provided recommendations to reduce likelyhood of another event. We have used Summey in 2 houses we have lived in since we moved to Henderson county in 1991. Never had a negative experience. Professional, Honest Dependable. Not always the lowest price but well worth it.
