"Austin was great!!! His communication and explanation of recommended solutions was like no other. He was tasked to fix an issue from previous plumber that would not come back to correct faulty install of spigot and water hydrant. Austin explained what happened with the previous installation and the below par accessories that the previous plumber used. Austin also installed water faucet , water line , trench, and installed French drain for outdoor sink that we had waited for the previous plumber to install for almost 2 years . "The House Pro team walked through the bathrooms (2) with me multiple times evaluating and making suggestions to improve the looks and functionality of aged decor and appliances. This was more than just a bathtub replacement. For 3 to 4 weeks on each bathroom, members of House Pro were present Mon-Fri to work on one or more areas of the bathroom renovation. The house was built in 1969 which presented the team with a variety of challenges to modernize the bathrooms. The demolition alone required removal of pounds of old tile, cement and rotted wood. The old was replaced with new, up to date materials. Daily any questions I had about the renovation process was answered. The downsides to the projects, was the relocation of my husband and myself to a spare bedroom for the work being done on the master bath. The team was always considerate. They took precautions to minimize as much dust and debris as possible, but this kind of project is going to generate quite a bit. Every day, when the team completed their tasks, they would put away tools and cleanup work areas. Now my husband and I have two new modern clean bathrooms that should serve us well through retirement. I would definitely recommend the House Pro team for renovations to bathrooms. They are very experienced and knowledgeable about what works and doesn't work in updating old bathrooms to new."

"Scrubbed mold from wooden support members under concrete porch. More than willing to retouch areas that I felt needed fine tuning. Allowed to dry & double coated with antimicrobial sealer. Hand dug in different area down to French Drain in attempt to cap off & re-route. Owner of Falcone drilled several weep holes in concrete blocks that were allowing slight seepage into crawl. Water tested area of concrete patio & bricks that I had installed recently above seepage area in series to correct. Even though he brought his trenching equip for substantial dig that was quoted, Fred felt that I had solved the seepage problem & did not need the modification to french drain. Saved me a bunch of money by not doing this & by not fabricating additional expenses related to trailering equip to the site. Note: Most contractors would have proceeded with the dig needed or not, out of greed. I felt that Fred was very knowledgeable, competent, honest and that he &  his crew were quite focused on making sure that I was a satisfied customer. "They did an amazing job!!! We had a shower put in. They moved the drain, built a wall, run water lines, all in one day. Then Frank Scofield came back out to finish up the trim pieces, fix some calking. He did an awesome job. Everyone was very friendly and professional from our sales consultant Sam Hollandsworth, to shower installers James and Rafael (not sure how to spell his name, sorry). Wonderful experience and WE LOVE OUR SHOWER!!!"

Only on one day was there a small amount of water that seeped under an outside door into the basement and was mostly caught by a floor drain installed by TarHeel. Tarheel's estimate was lower than a competitor and much more extensive and professional than a competitor."
