"I hired AJ to clean my cedar shake roof. They assured me that they were qualified to do the job and came out the next day. While the guy worked hard, my roof was completely ruined. They used a pressure washer at full capacity instead of applying a soft wash. This caused significant damage to the shingles, many of which ended up in the yard. Additionally, bleach was applied to my roof causing it to turn white. To make matters worse, the gentleman who came out did not have the equipment to complete the job, and left most of the upper roof untouched. I have reached out to AJ multiple times, however, they are avoiding my calls/texts. Unfortunately for me, I am now having to look into a roof replacement. "
