"Spring broke around noon on Friday. I called Precision who last worked on our garage doors in 2011. Made an appt. for Saturday between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. Got a call from Alex Martin of Precision about 10:00 a.m. and said he could come earlier if that was okay. I said yes. 30 minutes later Alex came did an inspection and then the work to replace the springs and do other maintenance. The Springs were replaced a no cost as they were under a lifetime warranty. I did not realize the springs were under warranty. Great news on a Saturday! I love Precision!"

"They say, 'contractors are only as good as the subcontractors they hire'. I am here to tell you that Hatch Homes DO NOT hire good subs. They were contracted to do the majority of homes in our subdivision. Of those homes, 5 had extensive issues b/c of Hatch's ignorance and lack of organization. 3 'cashed out' their contacts and would not allow Hatch Homes back on their properties (I, being one of those homeowners), 3 received fraudulent insurance policies from the owner of Hatch Homes, thereby putting the homeowner in jeopardy of losing their homeowners insurance. Do not be fooled by their marketing tactics. My nightmarish project was slated for 10 days; ended lasting 65 days. It was extremely stressful and outrageous. Their lack of knowledge of NC Building Codes was unacceptable, and inspection processes were intolerable. After extensive research of Hatch Homes, I thought I had hired a reputable company, but I was sorely mistaken. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HATCH HOMES OF CHARLOTTE."
