"After experiencing multiple delays with another tree service, I contacted Green Oak Tree Experts on a Monday afternoon to request an estimate. The owner, Chris, was at my house the following morning (Tuesday). He immediately impressed me by telling me both 1) that the work I wanted done wasn’t as urgent as I feared it was and that I could afford to wait for the other company to come do it, and 2) that the price quoted by the other company was a good one.
