Due to the impact of Covid to the supply chain, it took a bit longer than any of us expected to get the windows and door in, but as soon as they arrived Gloria called and confirmed an install date. Eric and his team arrived on time and got at it. I knew that it would be a challenging install â with â new constructionâ windows, on a 3-story home with Hardy plank exterior, with the 6 windows on the upper level that, by code, required very heavy â impact glassâ . But Eric and team got it done! The windows and door are BEAUTIFUL! They completely modernized our home â and the view to the ocean is fantastic. Gloria, John, Eric & his team are caring and competent professionals. I was able to observe the entire installation process, and I am confident that we will not have any issues anytime soon, and if we do, I am equally confident that one phone call to Gloria will get it resolved.
