Eric and his team arrived on time and got at it. I knew that it would be a challenging install â with â new constructionâ windows, on a 3-story home with Hardy plank exterior, with the 6 windows on the upper level that, by code, required very heavy â impact glassâ . But Eric and team got it done! The windows and door are BEAUTIFUL! They completely modernized our home â and the view to the ocean is fantastic. Gloria, John, Eric & his team are caring and competent professionals. I was able to observe the entire installation process, and I am confident that we will not have any issues anytime soon, and if we do, I am equally confident that one phone call to Gloria will get it resolved.
