"I was able to get the work done the day I called. He was very professional and nice. I had to replace the old water heater. I still have not received the manufacturer's warranty paperwork even though I have requested it twice by email other than that I am pleased with the work. "Takes for ever to get a return a call. Also took a week to get someone out for repairs. They said they would reimburse me for septic repairs and it took over 3 months for that to happen."
