"If you require chimney service and inspection, I highly recommend LKN. I've lived in my home for almost 2 years and never used the chimney. This xmas I would like to and hired LKN to give an inspection and possible clean. Anthony and his teammate came out and assessed the chimney and gave me a clean bill of health. Chimney did not need cleaning and inspections passed. Anthony provided a detailed report of the inspection and possible recommendation based on finding. Courteous. Professional. Friendly. "They were punctual, arriving at my home right on time and worked tirelessly until the job was finished even through a rain shower and they finished the job before lunchtime. They were very friendly yet professional explaining the steps in the process. They cleaned our whole house and a concrete basketball pad and what a difference! The green algae growing on our north facing side of the house is gone and a beautifully shiny clean vinyl siding was left in its place. It looks like new! And I haven’t seen the basketball pad that clean since it was freshly poured almost 30 years ago! Great job! I highly recommend Kasian Power Wash! 5 ⭐️!"
