"Septic system was full and back flowing into the basement. These guys came out within a day, located the tanks within minutes, found the problem and came up with a solution! They came by a couple times afterwards just to check the area and make sure everything was still draining properly. Very prompt and professional! Great job guys!"

"They showed up a few hours after I called and worked hard to remove a rather large tank from a tight space. They never gave up and successfully installed new tank. I will use them again."

"James was very knowledgeable and obviously experienced. We moved here a year ago and didn't know what to expect, but it was pretty bad. Septic hadn't been serviced in a long time. James went above and beyond and didn't stop until the tanks were completely clean. I think his next stop should be a chiropractor! If you ever need service on your septic, James should be your man!!!"

"Don promptly returned my call for service of my septic tank. I called on a Friday afternoon, and the work was performed on Tuesday morning. He charged a reasonable price and did a very professional job. His assistant Donald, was also very professional. The work took approximately half an hour and was done very efficiently.

Septic Tanks questions, answered by experts

You should never park or drive on top of a septic field. Vehicles can weigh upwards of two tons, and this weight can put a lot of pressure on the leach lines in the drain field. Too much pressure on your leach lines may cause them to warp, crack, or completely burst. This is an expensive and very avoidable problem.

Call a dedicated well and pump professional to install your new well pump. In some cases, plumbers may have the experience needed for the installation, but it’s always better to go with a specialized pro. Well and pump contractors have hundreds of hours of experience with all different types of wells and pumps.

Several warning signs can indicate current or future issues with your well pressure tank. If you notice inconsistent water pressure, water spitting from your faucets, clicking sounds, or electricity bill spikes without other obvious causes, it may be time to get your pressure tank and well system looked at by a professional.

Getting well water tested costs $100 to $350 if done by a pro. You can also buy DIY test kits for $20 to $100, but professional tests are more reliable. You can get a comprehensive well inspection, which includes advanced water testing, for $700 to $750, which you should do yearly anyway.

You may notice a septic smell in your yard after it rains if groundwater is entering your septic tank and causing it to overflow. If you experience septic odors after rainfall, contact a licensed plumber. They can construct a drain to redirect rainwater away from your septic tank.
