"Showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had already agreed to pay an extra $250 for the Saturday install, but they then added another $200 to reinstall the recirculation pump that I had on my old tank. When I was quoted, I had taken pictures of the expansion tank and talked through it, so I was not too happy about being charged extra for it as it should have been included in the quote. Besides that, the soldering job is a little sloppy but should hold. They also made quite a watery mess removing my old tank, which I had to clean. In the end, their pricing was reasonable even with the extra fees, and they were able to come out the next day and install the heater, which I needed due to having small children in the house."

They came out immediately and didn't make me feel stupid at all...even though my issue was SO STUPID. They simply flipped the switch and didn't even charge me for coming out! Very professional!
