Albeit, he was very informative about the product and directed me to a Samsung blog that had the resources needed to get the ice maker fixed. The resource was able to fix it free of charge, however the cost for the deferral from the Wright appliance techinician was a woppoing $97.00 for a 5 min. conversation.
