I joined Angies list looking for an appliance repair company last week. I had found several and documented them and was going to begin calling. Omega was not on that list. Prior to calling any of them, I received a call from Omega asking if they could be of any assistance. They showed up the same day, found the issue, warned me of any mishaps that may happen while waiting on the part to fix the refrigerator, ordered the part while still in my home. I was contacted twice during the waiting period for the part to arrive letting me know when it would arrive, and the afternoon that it arrived Omega was at my home to install and correct the issue I originally had. Great Customer Service, Great Quality, Great Conversation. I highly recommend Omega and will be using them again in the event we have any appliance issues in our home.
