"We had structural repairs needed to our ceiling joist. Being an older house with old construction techniques the joist had settled at different heights and some were sagging. I asked for referrals and Matt Ford was at the top of the list. Matt came out and looked at our needs and put a well detailed plan together- engineer approved. He tested our ceiling to confirm if it had asbestos. They put up barriers where working and kept things very clean. I was updated with photos as the work progressed. Had this not been done properly major structural damage could have occurred when things were cut to install a new support beam. We could not be happier and feel good knowing this part of the house is solid now. We highly recommend Fords siding and remodeling and will use him again for our next project."

They took a 70 year old brick house, with a deck on the back side and turned it into a beautiful home with the most awesome Sunroom that you could ask for. He, and his crew, can and will do whatever you need done to make you happy. They relate well to their customers with the utmost in respect for you personally as well as your property and time. At the end of each work day, they clean up after themselves, and haul off to the dump any materials and scraps that naturally come with the job. Their workmanship and overall work ethic led me to not only build a sunroom, but to build out a bathroom in my basement and redo my kitchen floors!
