Gerald responded immediately, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge. He explained things to me as he went along. He did such an excellent job installing the ceiling fan that I had him install a new light fixture as well. "He was fantastic. He did it all by himself. He painted everything and installed it. It was actually pretty impressive that he was able to finish doing. I don't remember how much it ended up costing but his estimate was 5000 for labor and then about 1500 for material. I know the final amount was bellow the estimate but I don't remember the amount exactly because I asked him to give me an estimate on the higher end rather than lower end. The price was reasonable for the amount of work he did. I have absolutely zero complaints with his work."

He always goes above and beyond what you would expect.
